I have not seen a stable #Jenkins (CI/CD environment) in my life! Some say, oh you should not blame the tool. Well it is not fit for purpose, esp. in modern cloud times, there are many alternatives. If your tools are not perfect, and you are not an expert, then you can not expect a “Mona Lisa” as your outcome.
DevOps teams pretend to be helping, they just send you links to their documentation; their solutions, to make your life “easier”, ironically, never work, out of the box, for a simple standard pipeline. They literally watch you fall into their buggy traps. You have to find a work around. Precious time is wasted again and again.
Here is a famous one: “just click again to run the pipeline, it will work.” Because they know some Jenkins slave VMs are not configured consistently with others.
